RETURNS
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer money-back returns and exchanges, BUT if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us so that a correction can be made. In other words, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Contact us first for approval before returning any goods! The return address is set by default to our facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. If our facility isn’t used as the return address, you would become liable for any returned shipments you receive. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every Print Shoppe item listed on our store, in the product description section—if the the material is “pre-shrunk” it will be listed there too. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know by contacting us within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Expectation Tolerance – Keep in mind your printed T-shirt (etc.) is done on a one-by-one bases by human hands loading the printing press. We’re using a direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technique with water-based inks where the layer of ink would be more infused into the fabric. Thicker garments like sweatshirts will absorb more of the ink, so the result will be more faded looking. Also, due to the conveyor curing, some of the fibers are brought up by the heat, which affects the surface of the ink, thus the print has this effect, that could look like small dots in between the ink on darker garments.
When it comes to blurry print or ink bleeding, it can happen sometimes to small details because the ink soaks into the material and the edges of that design element can lose their sharpness. That would be more visible on small details but could still be considered an expected outcome. However if too blurry or too much bleeding occurs (outside the realm of expected outcome) deserves a replacement upon our approval first.
Although no one wants to receive a product with spots on them, in the print-upon-order industry the fixation agent can and does show up on the product as discoloration – this will wash out. So before filing a complaint with us, take good pictures using natural lighting of before and after wash in accordance to garment care instructions. For anything beyond normal expected outcome in this area, please Contact Us.
Off-centered: Since we are using a print-upon-order process, our shirts are loaded into the printers by hand. Therefore, we allow a shift of graphic from 0.5″ to 1″. Any graphic printed off-centered within those margins is an expected outcome. Too off-centered deserves a replacement upon our approval first.
Please note that there may be slight variations in color between the product you receive and what you see on your computer screen, due to differences in printing methods and display settings. However, with modern technology, these variations are becoming less noticeable. Additionally, please be aware that there may be slight variations in color between individual items, as each item is unique.
To ensure that our printed and embroidered items meet our high standards of quality, we purchase sample orders ourselves and put them through rigorous wear and wash tests before making them available for sale. We are pleased to report that even small lettering looks great after multiple washings with our eco-friendly production methods that minimize waste and rely on skilled human labor. We take great pride in the overall quality of our products and personally love using them.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
If you haven’t an account with isohealthy.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
iSoHealthy does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to ‘face masks’, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
